
I ran into this issue of almost blacking out today while in the gym. I took a while off from the gym, about 6 days then attempted to go back hard in the gym when it is super hot in the afternoon. I should of known better but hey, I was excited to go back to the gym. I never fainted before, I feel if I had continued not noticing I am losing oxygen or so, then maybe I would of, but I am very cautious when it comes to those things.
