I know people love the good guys in movies, but I love the bad guys. This thought came to me watching Dragon Ball Z Kai on Nick Toons today. My favorite character in Dragon Ball Z is Vegeta. I like the bad guys that do good. I feel if a movie or a series don’t have a really good bad guy then it’s not worth it. I hate when a battle is too easily won. I love the drama and suspense. I feel much better appreciating a movie for the struggle of the good guy to win. Not even just the good guy but the results of the plot.
Some really great examples are movies such as:
Face Off | The Italian Job | Inside Man | Mr. & Mrs. Smith | Smokin’ Aces | iRobot | The Departed | Kill Bill | Batman: Dark Knight
When I write my web series in which soon to debut about fall this year, I always write my character as the bad guy, because I know how much it is to fully commit to a role and giving the audience what they want.
*side note: Even wrestling is HOT when there is a new bad guy, Randy Orton, Stone Cold, Triple H, Chris Jericho, Edge
Do you like the Heroes or the Villians? What are your favorite movies or movies with killer plots and bad guys?
Thanks for reading

Hi, I can relate to loving the villian too. The villian needs the good guy to contrast and play off. I find this idea really interesting.
Some of my favourite villians are
,Daffy Duck,
Earl, in my name is Earl, where he plays the villian and the good guy to try and rectify his karma.
I liked the Joker , Keith Ledger in Batman Returns, he definitely was a memorable villain.

Yes I totally agree. lol. Though Bugs Bunny is my dude, What’s Up Doc, but Daffy Duck was that guy that really made his character shine based on his jealousy and etc. The Joker from Batman and The Dark Knight were totally awesome, and it’s like you said a balance between each and them feeding off each other made the movies that more awesome and the audience.
Thanks again for your comment and just for stopping by.
