all I need today is: a pen, pencil, notebook, book to read, speaker, ipod, cell phone, ear buds, nice sandwich, water, fruit, towel, tissue, hands sanitizer,  BIG OL PILLOW

What do you need today?  Any favorite gadgets or accessories you like take with you?
