3 Simple Things I Love To Eat [#Food]

When I am out and about, I am a very simple eater.  People mistake my love for certain food as being cheap, because I have a habit of calling out prices of things out loud, but I love what I buy to eat that’s why I do it.  If you want to ball out of control on what you want to eat when we are hanging out or you are eating out, knock yourself and eat what you want to eat.

Here are 3 Simple Things I Love To Eat: (They might be a bit healthy and low-cost also, lucky me 😉 )

Salads: Boy oh boy how I love salads.  I usually grab a side salad off the Dollar Menu after a workout from Burger King or McDonalds…what’s a dressing of choice? Ranch or Caesar so so so YUM.  Oh yea I love salad’s from Wendy’s.

Bagels: When I want to take a break from the world and just want to have a relaxing time reading a book or browsing through couple of my magazine subscriptions, with my music blasting through my headphones, a lovely bagel is my snack or food of choice, with a cup of coffee. Panera Bread or Barnes and Noble is my places of choice.

Yogurts:  Every week you can definitely find me going NOM NOM on yogurts.  I think I pretty much buy them every week and usually love all brands so finding a sale each week is a breeze.  I like the 3 for $1 sales at my local grocery or 10 for $5 at Pathmark.  Yogurts makes for a good snack and tastes so good.  There are so many flavors and new flavors always coming out.  I think people get the wrong idea about yogurts and the great taste that is within, thinking only people who are watching their weight likes yogurts.  Come on, everyone should chow down on some yogurts.

The cool things about my 3 simple food of choice I love to eat, is that they are EVERYWHERE.  So if I am not checking out new restaurants or cooking a lovely dinner at home, I can always have a blast eating any of the foods I listed.

Do you like Salads, Bagels, or Yogurts?  What is your favorites in each category?  What are 3 of your favorite foods you love to eat?
Let me know….

June 25, 2009 we lost one of our GREATEST and probably the greatest entertainer of all times, Michael Jackson.  I just wanted to take the time to tell the world how I miss one of my favorite music artist in the world.  I don’t love his music because everyone else does, but love his music because of the work he has put into in and way it makes me feel.  Michael’s songs erupted emotion, entertainment, and creativity that is simply amazing and undeniable.  I just want to thank him and who have worked with him for creating such a legacy and archive with the people in the world to remember him by.  Thank you MJ.

Some of my all times favorite Michael Jackson songs are:

Leave Me Alone, You Are Not Alone, Beat It, Bad, Billie Jean, Jam, Black and White

I might create a cool playlist of these songs and more in the memory of Michael Jackson for the anniversary of his death, June 25, 2011.

excerpt from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_Jackson

Michael Joseph Jackson[1] (August 29, 1958 – June 25, 2009) was an American recording artist, dancer, singer-songwriter, musician, and philanthropist. Referred to as the King of Pop, Jackson is recognized as the most successful entertainer of all time by Guinness World Records. His contribution to music, dance, and fashion, along with a much-publicized personal life, made him a global figure in popular culture for over four decades. The seventh child of the Jackson family, he debuted on the professional music scene along with his brothers as a member of The Jackson 5, then the Jacksons in 1964, and began his solo career in 1971.”

Michael Jackson we miss you…Music is Love, and you have unite the world with your music.

Note to Self: Respond to COMMENTS on your Youtube and WordPress

Leave Me Alone
Image via Wikipedia

I have been on the move in and out of projects and working a 9 to 5, and haven’t got a chance sit down and read my comments and respond to the folks that took the time to leave a comment.  That’s the same time I have been begging people to take, which is a simple 5-30 seconds to leave a comment to ask a question, respond to a post, or just to say hey I pass through.

I feel bad because I like to get back to people super fast and on time.  But I will definitely respond to all of them this weekend.  I don’t like to leave easy responses.  I like to interact and talk and really answer and response to key levels of others comment.  So I did have time respond, but not the way I wanted to.

It is very important respond to comments on your WordPress (in which we are at) and also your YouTube page (if you have one, and I believe EVERYONE should have one) via it’s helps you build and make new friends with strangers and especially your subscribers.  You want to know how they are feeling, what they like about your posts or videos to help better your skills.  It’s also fun and cool to check out their blogs and drop some comments, and see if there may be a bond or similar interest of you both.

Everyone wants comments and feedback, so make sure you go out and interact, and respond to your comments.  I need to follow my own advice.  I mean I do, I just need to do it faster or on a schedule.  Try to develop a schedule or routine to answer your comments or view others blogs or video pages.  I say (2) times a week is great start, but if SUPER BUSY, at least and nothing less than once a week and make sure you answer all you can or try to.

PS: This was written as a word of advice to myself and to everyone else at in the Blog-O-Sphere and Video-o-Sphere, get social and interact, respond you your comments.

Do you take the time to respond to your blog comments?  Do you get back to them in a timely manner?  Do you like to get comments on your blog or videos?
