Welcome to Wishful Wednesday in which we wish for things in our lives.
Today I wish for me to stop over sleeping. I am getting to a one notorious place late and it’s hurting me. So I wish that I wake up and be mindful to set up an alarm or so to wake me up to get moving. I usually don’t show up late to anywhere, but at the certain time I go to sleep I enjoy my rest so well that. I know I really need my rest and I only get like 3 hours of sleep so, that’s on a good day. So yup I really need to step things up a notch.
Do you fall asleep or over sleep when knowing you have to get somewhere at a certain time? Do you even over sleep?
