I broke up with my girlfriend, now I’m on one?

I just broke things off with my one number girl of couple years.  I am moving on and think I needed an upgrade.  She was my everything.  We went everywhere together, she kept me in the loop, she kept me entertained and now that is all over now.  It broke my heart for we have invested so much time together and its not like we weren’t a match, we were perfect together, its just the company that was housing her came with no benefits and a not so sure future.  Though it has only been a day that has passed, the new girl I am with now has not grown on me and I felt like I made a mistake.  I miss my girl.  But its too soon to call, let’s see where it goes and give the new girl a chance…can she be new and true love?

  1. You’re moving on.. after just a day? And are with a new girl already? Pardon me, but that’s a bit absurd. I’m not judging, but maybe you should click the pause botton, think about what you really want, take a firm decision, and then walk with/stick to it. The fact that you broke up with a girl that’s great (in your own words) and attach yourself to another that has little to nothing to offer you, just screams “help”! Maybe you should have a thorough soul-search and analyze where the real problem lies. It’s most probably somewhere within.

    1. I hear what you are saying. You are definitely right. It’s a scream for help and a change. I really feel bad about going, and going back and forth thinking I will go back if I could. You have to hear the last part of the story to understand what I was saying. Thanks for taking the time to comment. You might be surprise by my follow up….
