I love yogurt? Do you? I personally love the exotic flavors that still deliver on 90 calories and less. But I just started on my greek yogurt game, and I am enjoying the ride…You can’t beat 14 grams of protein in 6 oz. Yippie.

Blueberry Greek yogurt….yum. Ice cream mostly any flavor except ice cream that contains, marshmallow, peanut butter and bananas.
