Social Sundays: Art and Wisdom

Dream Summer

So every sunday as part of my “Dream Summer” series I present “Social Sundays“.  It’s an interactive, fun, lifestyle and engaging series of random tidbits and social conversations.  I have been thinking up this idea for a while and couldn’t find anything that clicked.  Until one day I when my “Dream Summer” idea came to me, I was like, BAM, I got it.  I really want to speak with the world and share great thoughts, rich ideas, findings and more with everyone.  One of the super feature of this series is the ‘Taste of the Week” in which we all have a sweet tooth for something, we all want to find the new “it“.

So with no further ado, let’s start of the series.

Welcome everyone to “Social Sundays” your source of great conversation & musings.

My name is Richardo, and I am your curator and aesthete of art, life and colors.  I appreciate the beauty of the world down to the simplest things.

“Social Tidbits”

What is art to you?
I love art.  Art is where my passion lies.  Photography, words, expression are art to me.  I love to meet creative people and people who are passionate in their beliefs and goals.  Art is what keeps me going and keep me sane.

What is your view on wisdom?
I have a craving for learning.  I live to express myself through art, and be knowledgeable.  With wisdom you can reach some of your greatest potentials and inspire others, in which is always a goal as mine, as well as understand myself and the world more.

What are two things you want to do this summer?
I want to do a photo-shoot on the beach.  I also want to visit (8) eight lovely new sights for unique experiences.  I want to do a few new things I haven’t done before.

What is one of my passions in life?
Photography is a major passion of mine.

“Great Finds”

I stumble upon this lovely blog “CHEAP ART” of oil paintings while in google.  I was so impressed by the work I had to share with you today.  Take a look at Jennifer Holyer’s work, very impressive.  Here is an image that popped out at me, in which made me feel great.  I love foxes, so this was right up my alley.  Give Jennifer’s site a look and maybe you will be inclined to purchase some “Cheap Art” for your home or place of inspiration.

DREAM SUMMER

Dream Summer

It’s finally here, my inspiration for the year.  I have been at a lost of focus career wise, and for the last couple weeks, I have thought hard on my future, my next step, my motivation and I came up with the concept of a dream.  I have always been a dreamer, and once I create the dream, I always cement it as my passion and making it a possibility.  Today I gladly announce “Dream Summer” the series.  There might also be a few extra announcements to go along with this post.

If you ever wanted to be somebody or do something and haven’t yet, then here is your chance to begin.  So let this summer and this year be that opportunity for change and the continued journey to achieve.  We can all dream, so let’s me this summer however simple, one to be remembered.  Think of art, memories, change, travel, love, food, inspiration, and relaxation.

Personally my goal is to land a great career job and build a dedicated following of supporters in which I interact with and grow with.  So everyday I will be working on this goal.

Here are a few photos I search the web and found the inspires this vision.
