Peeking out at the world, my thoughts tend enjoy being hidden,
Fear what the world has to say, than in what has me driven,
For year I fought and struggle to be at the front of the line,
But it’s time to stop hiding and make it easy for world my words to find.

Your post reminds me of this quote by Bertrand Russell: “The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, but wiser people so full of doubts.” Seems like you are the latter, except your doubts are lessening (ie. speaking your mind on a blog, etc.)
