So here I am fresh of my writing sabbatical, I am looking around and my blog looks empty.  No shocker there, but then I saw a reflection in my computer screen and it was me, and I was pissed.  How the heck haven’t I written anything on my blog in almost a good week and a half?  That madness.  Then I took a look on my bed and seen couple of dents based on all the freedom I had jumping in it and sleeping and etc. then I changed my expression into a smile.

Sometimes you just need a time off from writing.  I was working on too many fronts managing an epic amount of work load, music album, independently publishing a book, and trying to writing scripts for my youtube channel and working on a short film.  I felt like I was exceeding words, so I shutdown.  I had been blogging for over 4 years consistently and since last year, I had enrolled in blogging everyday.  Yup I said it, 365, ouch.

Shutting down is sometimes good, and it refuel you.  You get to let out fresh thoughts and new perspectives and other elements of life that happen during your absent.  I am more than ready to fill in the blank, but guess what I am back.  I am ready to entertain and kick some blogging butt.

Have you ever taken a writing sabbatical?  Have you ever had writers block?

Thanks for reading

PS: I have also been reading.  I think I am addicted right now.  I think amazon is going to send me a nice bill with the books I am about to buy and have bought.  Also poor ol Barnes and Noble shall be seeing my face very often.

I went to pathmark to buy some healthy goodies to eat, then my mind wandered into the past on my weekly bag of JELLY BEANS I use to buy.  I figured even though it aint a part of my diet, buy it anyways, eat a few and give the rest to my brother, shoot it’s only 99 cents.  Well the price had changed to $1.29, but I was still determined to get it.  So I got my salad, a low-calorie ice cream, went to the counter, then it wrung up $2.59, I said hey cashier, the price is wrong, she says, nope, you got the wrong bag.  I said kindly, please take that off then, in my mind I was like (GET THE F OUTTA HERE, lol, honestly)…then I go, wow, the HEALTH GOD of DIET just saved my life and kept me on track…but all the way home I was like, DARN IT, I wanted those DARN JELLY BEANS….shiz.  FAIL FAIL FAIL…smh

What did you think?  Has this ever happened to you?

I am excited that March is here, it shall be the second month of new term on my blog season.  I break my year down in seasons.  January of each year is the off-season, and the season begins from February to June…much like a school term, then the mid year off season of awesomeness which is July, in which is my birth month, then right back for August to December for the yearly wrap up and etc.

Anyways for March I have a contest coming out and a blog mash-up set in place, I am still going over the details, and other goodies for my subscribers and the blog community.  I also plan on doing a blog and video maker meetup in New York City in April, which I think might be big, and I am so excited, but I must focus on March first.

So watch out for so much awesomeness and quality entertaining blog posts coming your way.  I want Spring of 2012 to be a great success and worth while.

So thanks for reading, and trust me when I say this, you are going to be glad you are here and actually going to want to drop some comments some enough to be locked into the fun we are set to have.

So think GREEN, and be Happy.

PS: Another awesome thing for March is that my younger brother is going to be 21, I am so freaking excited for him, so I wish for him to have a great birthday, though it’s at the end of the month.  Also he has just recently took a dive into the blogging community here on WordPress, so go check him out if you got a chance, he just starting out.
