My Gym Workout Playlist [#Music #Gym #Fitness]

Going to the gym and not having some jams to listen to is type boring…you need some motivational juice of music to say WHOOP SOME EXERCISING ASS, don’t you think?  Well I have one of my play-list that stays on repeat that fits me to make me anger, hype, ready to dance, shake a booty or two, or straight up wild out and act a fool.

Here is how I prep before my workout.
1.
 I talk to myself and complain how FAT I am and how I am not going HARD enough.
2.
 I go and look at my face in the mirror, and say you ain’t nothing homie, I bet you can’t go HARD TODAY.
3.
 Then I say to myself, WHAT?? Heck Yea I can go hard…Splash myself with COLD WATER to GET PUMPED…
4.
Start reciting lyrics from one of my favorite HYPED songs, while I get dress and mp3 player/iPod is charging…
5.
 Step outside my door blasting my gym play-list in my earbuds…and ignoring th world for I am going to go in for a GREAT WORKOUT.
6
.  Special Tips..SING OUT LOUD, it makes you feel the music more…Forget what the people in the world have to say…lol…or at least lip sync the songs or very low-level that no one can hear how bad you can rap or sing.

Another Fun Photo Shoot with Avadean Lewis and Team

Man, I was just sitting at home reading a book, waiting for the call from Team AvadeanLewis.com to pick me up and us getting to the shooting location for today‘s photo shoot, well when I say read a  book I meant have my kindle read a book to me (lol), when my phone buzzed and the text message came in, saying we are here.  I had a great photo and video shoot with Avadean Lewis, it’s always a pleasure working with him and the very much insightful knowledge he drops on the workouts and exercises he does to help his clients.

Today’s shoot was one for the record books, it was so much fun while we worked.  We got some very detailed shots of exercises and the star roster of personal trainers (aka Team AvadeanLewis.com) which ran through a set of exercises and motions for photos targeted to showcase the great workouts for the visitors and clients of Avadean Lewis and team.

Today’s stand out moment was everyone taking a break to play some basketball as everyone goes up to dunk and just having a mellow time being themselves and everyone being happy in a family/team setting.  Also the fun short bio recording of the team in which had everyone cracking up and just poking fun of each other was another very fun moment.

Back to My Workout Schedule

After a good workout session at the gym today, I am confident I can really get back in a good fitness routine like I did before. Sadly but greatly I had a very busy 2011 and couldn’t adopt a good routine.

So this week I shall be setting up a monster progressive schedule to maximize my fitness potential. I want bigger arms, strong legs and amazing core. I am getting older each year and its smart to lay the groud work early ane educate on what the future holds and prepare for it.

So hopefully by this week I have a weekly routine like I did in my great fitness years of a few years ago.

I should grab some tips to building a great one from Avadean Lewis.  I need to hire him to push me to the limits to really develop a strong core, stronger arms, and more defined legs.  Avadean is strong, hopefully I can match half his power.  I guess I must dream on huh. lol
