I have been eating my butt off as of late, and it’s not a good thing. I went from losing 10 pounds to gaining it right back, gosh such a slap in the face. But it goes to show that being focus is important upon eating and having a healthy diet.
So I am back to my healthy eating but kicking it up a notch by eating clean and wholesome food. It shall be quite a challenge trying to eat better and in a more focus routine, but I am here to kick butt, and so can you.
I am not trying to really lose weight, but gain a healthier and more balanced lifestyle and image. Here I go, back to eating smart and living smart.
Eat clean and see the difference in your everyday life. Trust me, there may be more smiles and a better you when you look in the mirror.

Either way, I want some awesome sexy abs and I have beenworking hard at it. Â But eating too much rice and bread can hinder that goal. Â Carbs can be evil. Â So evil I am excluded it out of my diet. Â I don’t want to but I have to. Â This is the most extreme challenge I have ever set myself for too this date. Â If you are from the carribbean such as myself (Jamaica) we eat big plates of food and rice and also hard dough bread from golden krust among other places. Â Rice is a crucial part of our meals.
So now you know NO RICE and NO BREAD is a big deal to me at least.  Not only am I going for no rice and bread for 30 days, I am getting back into running and riding bikes too so I am adding a cardio fat burning factor to my challenge.  I ride the bike at the gym, I go on the treadmill and I go running outside, to add to my cardio performance for my workout and weight loss, so I challenge myself  to do 10 miles 4 days a week for 30 days.  So that means 16 days of 10 miles runs or riding, on a moderate level.
Recently I have lost 11 lbs at the gym, and seeing success in my workouts. Â I have added so much intensity and various workouts that my body is confused and burning fat smoothly.
I hope I can beat this challenge. Â After the next 30 days I will let you know the results and the amount of weight or muscles I have gained from this challenge.
so…
No Rice or Bread for 30 days
and
10 miles (4 days a week)
*side note: Â The reason why I don’t go everyday for 10 miles, is because I need to rest my body and also I play soccer, basketball and tennis on the other days. Â I would be completely burned out.
A good diet and exercise equals weight loss and a healthy lifestyle.
Are you looking to loss some weight? Â Are you working out and eating effectively and to be healthy? Â Do you think I will win this challenge against myself?
