Working Wednesday: Back In Action, Music Event with Big Boi at Irving Plaza New York

Today was a suspenseful day of events.  So many things went down, gym, talk with best friends, laundry, video games, website editing, getting a ticket for the 1st time in my life (I believe) to going to my third concert ever, seeing Big Boi perform at Irving Plaza and winning a meet and greet and a picture with him and a good time at the open bar and free food and still made it to work late in the night.  Wednesday was an epic day and it has passed.  Now I must work on fighting this ticket, for I believe I was targeted unjustly by the officers of the MTA, and I stick to my guts of not trusting the Police, I am sorry, but corrupt is just corrupt, enough said.  Thank you lord for bring me through the day.

Photos and Videos of the event in coming very soon.  Shouts out to Sony Music Unlimited for the event.  It was an awesome event and Def jam for the email that allowed me to win.

PS: Ummm I am kind of sad, I didn’t win the name that artist music contest at the show, I could of won a Sony Bloggie or a Sony Headphone, but I can’t be all sad, my Kodak zi8 kicks that bloggie’s ass any day, the joint ain’t even 1080p or has a mic input.  Sony setup it up, Kodak beat you and the Cisco Flip in portable camcorder game, sorry.

Hi everyone…:)

Tumble Tuesday: No Gym, No Workout

Tuesday I made a tumble…I wasn’t feeling well and spent the entire day pretty much until I squeezed in this post very late, just in time for the postaday2011 I am doing.  I needed sleep and relaxation in a great amount.  It wasn’t a work day so I was fine, and the past days I was working extremely hard.  I deserved a day’s break but it killed my GYM A DAY for 30 Days challenge.  I am not going to count that day as a lost though.  If you are extremely sick and not feeling good, tell me are you really going to go to the gym?  I don’t think so.  Knowing me I would have still tried to prove a point not to anyone but myself.  The goal of GYM A DAY for 30 DAYS, is to warm up body for the spring season and be healthy and fit.  So I am doing a pretty good job.

So missing Tuesday would make it 11 days straight I went.  So I figure if I just restarted or doing a few double days that should make me even for missing one day and being sick.  What do you think?

How is your fitness currently?  Do think you need to hit the gym, well at least get on a workout schedule to better your health and fitness?  Have you are made a fitness challenge for yourself and stuck to it?

Today I started to read a book…Undisputed by Chris Jericho

Chris Jericho with the Intercontinental Champi...

I stop reading books really after leaving college, I was more into getting my information and entertainment quick such as articles, magazine, and blogs.  Today I have started into a new light of reading certain interesting books I have always wanted to read and I am also tapping into the e-book scene as I did when it first came out so many years back and no one knew what is was.

The book I am reading currently:

Chris Jericho Undisputed: How to become the world champion in 1,732 easy steps.

Chris Jericho is one of my favorite entertainers of all times, and I bought his book as a special gift to myself, and I am so excited to start reading.

After I complete this book, I shall continue on to “The Alchemist

I will fill you in on my progress and let you know my review for the book.  I am not a fast reader and I am super busy most time, but I love this book as I went only 60 pages in and don’t want to put the book down. Being a long time wrestling fan I am delighted to read about the life of a wrestling, most importantly my favorite wrestler of all times.

Are you reading any books currently?  What are they?  Do you like wrestling?

Thanks for reading
