My Blog Curse: Burnout

The Curse of Peladon

I have been hit with a blog curse a few months ago and now a couple of weeks again of not posting on Friday, Saturday and Sunday on my blog.  Its kills me for this year I wanted to complete the challenge of posting a post a day for the entire year.  So when I miss those days, I have to make up for them.

Are you out for that same challenge?

Because of that challenge last year in which I didn’t get to complete, I actually made it to be Freshly Pressed on WordPress.  It was all about the hunt to write beautiful post each and everyday and not settling for less.  Though after this year I might not continue that challenge, but this year is my best year to make and beat this challenge.

I crave to hit the Freshly Pressed at least once again.  So I am here to break this curse and here goes my post to defeat the curse of missing my friday post.

Welcome to a new life, Richardo…cheers on the road to breaking the blog curse.

Do you think I will beat this challenge?
Do you have a blog curse?

The Beating Heart

Heart Still Beating

It’s warm,
It beats,
It beats,
My heart,
It’s beating,
Loving completely,
I live.

– Richardo

What do you think?

Sometimes we forget our heart is what keeps us living, and by it beating, we live to see another day, another day to love, another day to pray and give our praises to GOD.  A beating heart is what we are.

Beating The Clock

To not be late, you should do things early, not on time.  I think thats the key to beating the clock.  It would apply for basketball when the game is tied up or so, and the team trying to win calls the last timeout to plot the last seconds of the game and the strategy to make the last play worth gold.  This concept actually applies to blogging as well, especially in my case trying to beat 12am to get a blog post in before the day is over.  Most of the times it works, with buzz beater posts like this, but other days I fail badly, then its unto the next day.

I should pre write or schedule my posts more often.  Writing in advance would help everyone get a good read daily from me.

Do you write or plan your blog posts in advance?  Do you have those days you pretty much try to beat the clock?

Let me know.
