I don’t know if I can speak for most men, but I am going to speak for myself, I love a flat stomach and sexy abs on a girl.  I am not hating on girls that don’t have any, but to be real though, you have been wanting and dreaming of guys like Jason Statham, David Beckham, Brad Pitt and other sexy guys having great abs, and being able to rub your hands all over the guy‘s chest and etc.  Well I don’t think it’s fair for girls to want that and we or just me as a man (verdict is still out on if most men are with me) should be able to want the same in return.  The key word in today’s post is maintenance.  Men have to work out, eat right, and do some painful work to our abs to get them like that, and girls just enjoy the benefits.  Then some people might be like, well women have to have babies and etc, or we weren’t all made that way, and I understand, but if you say that then guys have the right to drink beer and over eat and having big ol stomachs too then.

But that’s not the meaning of this post to bash anyone, I just like what I like, and one of my goals in life is to work on not having a stomach down the line, I want to be in shape, fit and most importantly healthy.  I feel for most people to tell if you are going to have a (Kangaroo Pouch) as I like to call it, the deciding factors take place from your teen days to your are about 30.  I feel once you pass 30 years old, those pounds, fat, and so on is very hard to come off.  Yea if you had a trainer and much intense workouts, but by yourself, I don’t think so.  You are getting old, and settling down from all the craziness in your life, so it’s not easy.

So word of advice, start hitting the gym or playing some sports, some Pilates, some yoga and eat right and you won’t have to worry about being sexy and having sexy abs and a flat stomach.  This advice applies to men too, stop being lazy and be active and live healthy.

But to be honest though, a girl with sexy abs drives me wild. 🙂 So all you girls out there working out and prepping for the spring and summer for the beach, I am with you.  Go on and set your sexy on.

I think there is a rule in New York City, when the weather is good, take your butt outside.  Or maybe that is the rule for everywhere?  Either way, we mostly don’t go outside and enjoy the world for what it is.  We have mostly migrated inside to blog and play video games and what now.  What about the good ol days, when you go outside and have blast and never want to go back inside?  Either way, the weather in New York City is getting really nice and today is absolutely awesome, so I am going out to appreciate nature and read me a book under a tree or something.  I mean I still do have a smartphone (blackberry, you just don’t know how much I love her) anyways, I can still blog outside.  I should call it nature-blogging.   Yup I like that.

That girl with the INFAMOUS RED LIPSTICK

What is it with girls and red lipstick?  That thick bright red lip stick, you know that one that they wear on those special random days.  I think is a fashion statement though.  It’s a statement of sexy.  Red is not even the only color that draws attention, there is also HOT PINK and I guess POPPIN’ PURPLE.  It’s quite funny to me when I do see it.  Then again I am lucky that the girls I do see rocking it are always really sexy.  But if I do see a girl trying to rock the HOT RED LIPSTICK, I might have to shut her down, not to say I am a hater, but come on, if you going to do it don’t bring no NON SEXINESS in the building, you will get escorted out.

What are your views on the INFAMOUS ‘RED LIPSTICK“? Are there any other colors than Red, Pink or Purple?
