LAUGHING THINGS OFF

Today someone tried to get on my last nerves, to have me react.  I really needed to have a hold on myself and chill.  I don’t have a temper, I just like to make sure things are right.  But fearfully I stood my grounds and laughed things off.

Sometimes in life, we tend to move fast, react, be on edge.  But we fact we are living and breathing, should make us realize, things are not so bad, and we need to slow down now and then.

A good laugh is sometimes all we need, usually when you don’t get to laugh enough.

Go find something that brings you some good laughs.

NO SECOND-HAND SMOKE FOR ME

Today I had to nip it in bud.  I just can’t do it no more…
Today I spoke up without fear of losing a friendship by saying, I do mind if you smoke around me.
Please no second-hand smoke for me.
