My Jamaican Caribbean Heritage and Music

I love my cultural background and shall never say otherwise, for Jamaicans are proud people with lots of love/passion in our soul.  There are some  people  that refuses their upbringings in all cultures around the world, but the ones that represent and actually show others the different aspect aside from any stereotypes out there are the ones you can count on to teach you something new, to make you want to try something new from that culture, or be interested enough to learn more, or get you so hype to actually visit that country or place just to see if what was said is true.  I am proud of mines.

It is always one of my goals to learn more about the world and other cultures.  So when I do meet new people and friends I always ask their backgrounds and what they love about their culture or couple fun facts about their upbringings.  I came upon writing this post after spending the last couple weeks listening to some old school Jamaican music and dancing everywhere and sing the tunes back as loud as possible in the streets as I walk with headphones blasting music.  Note worthy I have been listen to one of my favorite Jamaican artist, Sean Paul.  He is such a great artist and I was so excited for him when he crossed over in the United States with his music, with great classics like “Gimme The Light“, “Like Glue” and “Get Busy“.  I have been really bumping his album Trinity he released a few years back, with the awesome up-tempo songs such as “We Be Burnin’” and “Temperature” in which really inspired me to write this post.

My Abandon Blog, Hello There, I Love You

First and foremost, blog subscribe, I am not leaving. 🙂 I am just getting into the groove of writing again each and every day via I was sick almost 2 weeks and I have missed quite a few posts, in which I still am going to post, but I felt I should sign in and say hello to everyone.

I hate to miss posts, and even if I miss a day in which I still plan to make up for that day, I feel like I have abandon my blog a bit.  I love my blog actually.  Do you love your blog?  Do you actually like my blog?  I would so like to know.  Like last week I announced I have a few new features coming your way, and tons of new photos to share, I hope everyone is ready to read and enjoy and relate.

I have been dropping by some of my subscribers blog and checking them out and actually seeing some really cool posts in which I am going to share here, in just a few for my new series that is dedicated to you, my friends and community, in which stick around to read or glance at my work now and then.  Remember you can ALWAYS ALWAYS hit me up on twitter or facebook and to chit-chat, and also my phone number is on my about me page, in which you can text me to say HELLO… (if you are in the USA, I am not sure how much international text costs.) but still I have an email you can send questions and ideas to me if you have any.  Also you can always see me in action on Youtube each and every week in which I talk about fun stuff, and cool things I do in New York City.

I hope everyone is having or had an awesome weekend, and a good begin to mid-point of march.  Also watch out for me, for I will be dropping by everyone’s blog, all in due time.

PS: Put a smile on your face today, you deserve it.  We don’t always smile enough, so head on in the bathroom, look in the mirror and smile at yourself.  I might be weird, but do it anyways, shoot, we make the rules around here right?

Hey blog, I am glad to be back writing to you, sharing my views, opinions and just loved with everyone in the world.  Guess what I am writing a pilot.  Yup yup, I am trying to do big things you know.  Actually, I am not writing a pilot but rewriting a pilot for my new show on my YouTube channel and for my NEW YouTube channel.  It show be quite awesome.

I can’t really get the wording down for how I want to sound, but topic wise, sense of humor, and great quality is already on deck and ready to go.  I don’t know if I should show cocky or whimsy or extremely witty and dramatic.  All I know is I want to entertain everyone, be myself and make my new show super social and interactive.

So I am 40% with my rewrite, and I am also considering on bringing my show here on my blog.  I know this is my personal blog, where I cry, moan, and whine about things in my life, but I feel bloggers like videos too, not only words and pictures.  So why not bring it here?

Hopefully by the end of the week say Friday/Saturday, I will be done and ready to shoot.  I want to bring this new channel and show GLOBALLY, so of course I have my new site of creative reality entertainment, soon ready for launch, http://www.rawmultimediatv.com where its main basis is to be the alternative to tv, and can deliver fresh content every week, or even everyday.  It’s sounds a bit much, for a simple beginning, but I am excited for this new show.  Watch out for it…later.
