THE MORE I LIKE YOU, IS THE MORE I HATE YOU

Okay, so hate is a strong word, right?  Well I know this.  Change is a strong word, right?  Well we know this.  Let’s put it like this, I hate the word hate, and I love the word change, and I hate that I am changing so much but love it at the same time.  Now as I write this I am wondering, am I confused?  I think it makes perfect sense to hate change and love change at the same time.  The pros must outdo the cons in order for a positive outcome to happen I believe.

So I see myself changing day by day, chasing the big dream I had slowed down from achieving.  I am back in this “sell the world” mode that I tried to get out of and now really found out it’s a part of me.  I can talk well, mean well, and tell a good over the top story of pure truth and have the world love me for it.  But should I stop, or keep going for the goal…ummm the gold! 🙂

TO REACH A PEAK

Standing-on-the-Peak

I knew today I wanted to reach a peak in life.  Today would have been my cousin’s birthday if he was still with us.  I been thinking a lot about life and my legacy and each year, I think to myself, I want to get bigger and better.  So whatever I think about and put into action usually comes to pass.  But none of it came without a great deal of hard work, structure and commitment.

So today is the day I say, HAPPY BIRTHDAY to fallen family member, and raise my hand in cheers to today beating my ALL TIME VIEWERSHIP RECORD in a day of 3,780 views, which I received being Freshly Pressed on WordPress 4 years ago on June 26, 2011.

Today I reached over 3,950 views just today…

It’s like a wow factor at times of how long I have been working and building.  I can now say I am super proud of my efforts and my investments and to see my growth going up is a super great feeling.

I am happy to figure out at the rate I am going, I will finally get to achieve what it took me 3-4 years to accomplish.  That is, to write a post 365 days of the year on my blog.  It’s really a big milestone.  For trying to achieve this comes with so many twists and turns and very strict discipline.  Not to mention, if I did not stand for being super innovative while interesting upon crafting my series…I will not have made it this year.  I think I found my sweet spot is what I said to myself.  All I can say is, Go Rik Go.  Only 4 more months to go.
