Revolving Doors of Life

Revolving Doors of Life

In my bedroom sits my MAC (apple), I create, I design, I produce, I sleep (sometimes)

In my living room sits my LAPTOP PC (Win)…I blog, I comment, I learn, I decode notes

In the gym with shades on, my iPOD I play loudly through my ear-buds as I workout, rap & dance

In my bed lies my KINDLE FIRE HD, I watch Netflix, I read, I set my clock, I watch more Netflix

On the outside I carry my CANON DSLR camera, I walk, I talk, I take photos, I smile

In the kitchen sits my MICROWAVE, it warms my food, pops my popcorn (sometimes make me FAT, oh no)

In the quarters of my workplace on break, sits in my hand my iPHONE 4S, I am bored, I watch YouTube (I HATE BREAKS)

In the hallway sits my CANON VIXIA CAMCORDER on a tripod, I make videos, I entertain, I educate, I act a fool

These are my revolving doors of life, art, and technology, every day of the week, and how I use them to live life and create art through their colors.

How is it you live life?  Where, how and what do you do?

Leave a comment or write a post to which in each room or location you do various activities using technology.

If you decide to write the  post, return and post the link to it on this post and I will go check it out and leave a delightful comment.

BONUS

In the shower, stands ME I attempt to practice my impromptu spoken word pieces and sing songs I have no business singing. #life

Lost But Found | Real Life Poetry

Where the Lost Ones Go
Where the Lost Ones Go (Photo credit: Wikipedia)

Lost inside while outside I still explore,
I can’t seem to find the keys to these doors,
Blocked in by this inner wall solid to the core,
If only I can create my own keys to these doors,
I know who I am but just not what I want to be,
I have a lot of options but which one is the real me,
On the edge of sit I am day in and day out,
I was once lost, but now I found my way out.

Let’s all just shout it out…

#Notes:

I free wrote this piece as I am settling into bed for another week of work.  I am on curiously looking for another job, well let’s say career path that’s more challenging compared to where I am right now.  I know what I would like to be doing or where I want to be, but lost in the journey in getting there.  So I spending the next few weeks tackling my future plans and trying to be found in the world for those that are lost looking for a hero, or the one the holds the keys to the door they are trying to open.  (You saw how I wrote that last sentence? clever wording, not so true).

Hope you had a good weekend and start off on a happy new work or school week.

What are your thoughts?  Did you like the poetry piece?

ODE to The Weekend

When the weekend arrives I am excited, for I need rest dang it.  I kid I kid, but really and truly I do.  I am not getting any younger.  Wow, did I really say that?  That’s what old people say or women wanting to have a child and see the clock is running down, no offense.  But here I am at home actually playing video games, in which was one of my goals to do of the year was to get more excitement back in my life of things I use to do.  I don’t mean to really rant on  and on, but I read my statistics, people don’t read blog posts on the weekend.  So me writing this and expecting someone to read is a pitch and a miss…

But the weekend is a lovely time to have to myself and have really being improving my time management skills as of late.

Well there is another day to go, so I guess tomorrow it shall be.

Have an awesome weekend to whoever gazed upon this post.
