Have you ever felt like you are falling?  So naturally, you are trying to catch yourself, you don’t want to fall, you don’t want to be bruised, but you just know this one fact, you are falling.  I have days like this that in my mind I am just falling and have no way of stopping.  It’s not like you are even falling from the sky, or falling to the ground from standing, it’s more like you feel your stability is compromised.   You can’t no longer support yourself.  Your decision-making skills and problem-solving ability is on overdrive, just going faster and faster, as you are falling faster and faster.

The best option for you now is, to just find a way to slow down the fall, to be able to think out an answer before hitting rock bottom.
