IF I WERE…POETRY

I would melt hearts on paper,
In my most poetic voice,
Lines and lines of love and romance will suck you in,
You can’t escape my kinship of wordplay,
Slowly you read and decode my philosophy,
As my lifestyle reflects simply another being,
High on words and expressive in each verse,
I put you up on the game we call life,
With ounces of real to deal with and evolve,
We ball out on our accomplishments,
We overcome,
We trailblazing into a new sphere,
No one rules to adhere by,
Just free will,
Life is poetry,
Write your life words so it may exist.
