Smiley Face Angel (10/365)

Info: On my adventure to scout locations for a music video I came upon a light post with a smiley face, so I decided to capture it with the sun in the background to bring some creative glare to the photo and this is what I got as a result.

Music Conference and Shopping at 34th Street

I am going to a music conference on 34th street tomorrow being saturday in which I plan on filming a few things ane hopefully the weather is not crazy so I can shop a little bit.  I haven’t went shopping for clothes in a while, I guess since my birthday this year which wasn’t too crazy since it was mostly graphic tees with Yoshi and Angry Birds on it.

Me knowing 34th street wnd the goodies of stores down there like JC Penney, H&M and more, I have a feeling I am going to pick something up cool.  I hope the conference goes well.  It’s one of those yearly conferences and expos I go to to stay in tune with the world videos, photography and music.  Next year I am aiming on including a blogging conference and others to my schedule.  Being in multimedia really puts you out there to all sorts of people.

Do you go to seminars, conferences, expos or conventions each year?  Which ones do you go to?

I remember when I use to go outside

I remember the days I use to go outside, but now I just curl up inside and watch the rain pour and pour through my window on these lonely new york weather.  I want to go outside and remember what warmth feels like.  I want to go outside for a walk to the park and have a great conversation and can feel the sun shine on my cheeks as a I smile.  I want to go outside and ride a bike and feel the wind blow between my toes (sandals) and my hair.  I want to see the kiddies run around in joy to see their friends and be excited not to be trapped in the house and have to watch everyone having fun on tv and they can’t.  I remember the cool and thrilling walks in Manhattan at such spots like 42nd street times square, 34th street Harold square and even in the expensive but friendly 59th street where the sights are the high rises of beauty.

I want to enjoy the outdoors as I remembered them again, but with all this rain in New York City, I may not get to.  I can sure hope for a sunny day in the meanwhile.

Do you like the rain?  What do you do when it rains?
