Living a healthy lifestyle don’t have to be expensive, it’s more about living smart, a lot of pre-planning and hard work to find your space of being healthy yet comfortable. Everyone is not made the same way so our bodies don’t respond to things the same way. So when considering things your body need, never look towards someone else and think that because that person does this or that and get results that you doing the same will obtain the same results or within a certain time frame.
Are you living a healthy lifestyle for you? Are you getting in at least 2-3 days of exercise per week?
Just remember these tips when thinking about a healthier lifestyle.
Try to get checked up each year with a doctor.
Eat your food in portions.
Drink a lot of water.
Know your body and take notes on changes you may have.
Find a hobby or a light to medium sport you enjoy that may give you a workout.
Trying to exercise at least 2-3 days a week.
Eat smart, think of calories, nutritional facts, protein, vitamins, minerals.
Take in less carbs in the evening and night.
Eat you vegetables.
Try prayer or meditation to relax your mind.
Stay away from fast food.
Try to break bad habits you may have.
Remember to smile and be happy, while working hard and being pro-active.
