Body Aches

Dukie

Has your body just ache for no damn reason?  My body definitely does.  Come on people, let’s not lie to each other, we know for damn sure why our bodies ache.  Some due to lack of rest, not eating right, workaholic-ism, too much sex, or even getting hurt by some minor bump or bruise and paid it no mine.  Those are just a few things that makes the body hurt, well maybe not the too much, I think people are having way less sex these days anyways, well at least my age group.  And if they did it’s mostly due to stress, trying to trap a man for marriage, trying unknowingly to have a baby or peer pressure (aka love) so the other partner can be happy or at least satisfied for a while.

I bet you can guess why my body aches…its all the above I would have to say except the sex part (funny right?).  🙂  I am just here rambling.

My workload heavy

Ocho and Fang (A.K.A. Buddy and Thang)

I can take on multiple jobs at one time.  I am pretty good at time management, but when you are building something from scratch, its fundamentally stressing and can really kick you butt.  Do being overly ambitious (you know normal everyday stuff) my workload working two jobs and trying to unleash my creative side is a very tough mission in itself.  The reason I say so is that each job comes with hidden stress and extra duties that leaves you drained or you must learn to have success in that environment.

I guess you can say I am having the work blues.  So much work to do, so little rest to enjoy but the pay off shall be epic. How is your workload lately?  How is the transition to the fall, work, back to school treating you?

In any good diet you need fiber, it is actually vital.  But a lot of people over think foods and think eating natural is expensive and such.  I eat and live on a budget that I have set and execute weekly and have a certain set of snacks I eat based on the day and what vitamin and nutrients I am trying to get.  Here goes my simple fiber snacks.

Wheat Bread

Carrots

Salad Dressing: Ceasar

Water
