25 Cooking Recipes

25 is the number of healthy cooking recipes I would like to learn.  Not just any food, but different styles and they have to be healthy.  I am trying to build for a good life of healthy living.  I have to start somewhere.  I am not sure really what and what I really want to learn, but I figure it has to have some italian dishes, indian dishes, french dishes, Caribbean dishes, or anything that’s delicious not too complex and healthy.

I figure this weekend I could browse by Barnes and Noble and check out some books on cooking recipes and so on.  I  love me some Barnes and Noble.  I will peep some and maybe even copying some down and give it a world and see how great they turn out, with Richardo the chef on duty. 🙂

Confidence is Sexy, Insecurity is Lame

Why confidence, you can definitely do some amazing things in the world.  You can land a really nice job, you can talk to the sexiest guy or girl in school, you can even beat your friend in basketball without even knowing how to play.  Well maybe not the last one, even though the concept is quite simple, put the ball through the hoop and stop your challenger from scoring.  Either way, I love a confident woman, someone who knows herself well and don’t need no one to tell her she got it, she just knows.  She probably has been working on it and don’t stop until she is totally comfortable with herself.  I have a lot of confidence in my abilities.  After hearing no most of my life, I worked extremely hard to become secure with everything I do.  I guess I can say, I find myself sexy, (well hey, I got to hype myself up a bit right) but I find it so LAME for people to be insecure.  I feel everyone should have some thick coating from the inevitability of the world of hating and others lames.  I mean it’s not totally the person’s fault for being insecure, for there could be someone putting that person through hell and making them have a low self esteem or thinking they are worthless.  I actually hate seeing that.

I am usually the guy that help people build and gain confidence and be strong.  I want everyone to be strong and on a level to avoid bullying and pressure from the world.  I want others to see the problems and can create solutions and be totally awesome.  That’s where is falls on the person themselves to make that leap on board to overcome and be golden.  I use to see and meet a lot of BS people back in the days in high school and college, people who thought they were superior and better than everyone, but it was funny when they came face to face with me, Mr. UnBreakable, Mr. Awesome, Mr. Well-Rounded, Mr. Put-Your-Money-Where-Your-Mouth-Is, I was there to crush the competition and fakers.  Girls use to latch onto me like sharks (JAWS lol), they found me sexy.  There was nothing lame about me, and if anyone thought I was, trust me, they didn’t even know what I was packing.

But the moral of the story is Confidence is Sexy, Confidence is Power, and if you are not there with yourself, just make a decision today to work on it and never stop working on it.  Take a Psychology class, take a Logic class, read some self-development books and trust me after a while you will think different, be more alert, be more in touch with your self, and overall become more sexier then you ever could imagine.  In no time you will be leaving the LAMES behind, and set your eyes on the prize. (But be sure though, not to let it get to your head, and always try to help someone else out who might have been in the place you were at.)

Tumble Tuesday: No Gym, No Workout

Tuesday I made a tumble…I wasn’t feeling well and spent the entire day pretty much until I squeezed in this post very late, just in time for the postaday2011 I am doing.  I needed sleep and relaxation in a great amount.  It wasn’t a work day so I was fine, and the past days I was working extremely hard.  I deserved a day’s break but it killed my GYM A DAY for 30 Days challenge.  I am not going to count that day as a lost though.  If you are extremely sick and not feeling good, tell me are you really going to go to the gym?  I don’t think so.  Knowing me I would have still tried to prove a point not to anyone but myself.  The goal of GYM A DAY for 30 DAYS, is to warm up body for the spring season and be healthy and fit.  So I am doing a pretty good job.

So missing Tuesday would make it 11 days straight I went.  So I figure if I just restarted or doing a few double days that should make me even for missing one day and being sick.  What do you think?

How is your fitness currently?  Do think you need to hit the gym, well at least get on a workout schedule to better your health and fitness?  Have you are made a fitness challenge for yourself and stuck to it?
