Life is all about moments.  Moments we shine and moments that are not so bright.  But we wear faces and masks each day in our lives.  While we may be sad, we may where a happy smile, while sometimes you may see the pain or exact emotion we are feeling on ours face.  So how do you read someone today?  Well I always go with the position of not assuming, and always asking someone how they are doing today and always offer to talk if they ever needed to.  I extend myself most of the times, via you never know what someone might be going through and maybe talking to you that day could brightening their day and put them in a better mood.

This same position I have taken have taught me so much about others and things I could adopt into my own life of things to avoid and a knowledge base of what situations that does exist.  Have you ever felt what pain feels like, or sadness, sickness, loneliness, depression, motivated, and more?  They are all derive from stories or experiences.  You can learn through others what certain experiences feels like.
