Blowing Out Your Speaker Box [Worse Feeling EVER]

I have harsh reminder that my Kodak Zi8 camera speakers are blown out everyday I turn it on.  It totally sucks because I really want to play back and hear the audio of the videos I record before uploading them to the computer and then youtube.  They day it blown out will forever stay in my mind.  It’s funny because it was the day I went to see Big Boi perform at Irving Plaza, in which I had altercation with the transit officials.  What a day and memory to remember everyday I turn on my video camera to record.

Also don’t it sucks when you blow an amp, speaker, microphone or worse headphones when you really need them the most?  I hate that.  It’s then you have to be like shoot I got to buy new earphones or headphone…more money to waste just to be at a peace of mind.  SMH 😦

Sleeping On Your Phone

It’s quite a frightening feeling when you are sleeping with your phone next to you and you just can’t enjoy sleeping the way you do in fear that you will crush your phone.  I know it may sound funny because some people don’t care about their phones or got busted ass phone (I am not hating), but some people like myself do care about their cell phones.  Especially when it’s say a touch screen phone or an iPod, for when you screen is jacked up, you know how pissed you will be in the morning.  All night last night I was sleeping on my phone, I had my elbow all in the screen squeeze down and I hear the noises like oh my it’s about to crack, but I refuse to get out of the bed, so of course like every normal person when something is all beside you, you twist and turn trying to keep the sleep momentum and avoid damages to the phone.  Luckily for me nothing was damaged during the unnecessary roughness of my sleep.  I woke up happy. 🙂

I have a blackberry bold, it’s can take some roughness, but hey, I aint trusting myself.  I love my blackberry dearly, it’s my baby.  It does so many functions that if I had to get a new one or a replacement, because of course I put insurance on my phone, I would be at a loss until the new phone arrives.  Hmmm I guess I am lucky.

Have you been up late night talking and fell asleep on the phone?  Have you woke  up with he frightening feeling like dang, my phone could be cracked or broken?

Google+ vs Apple vs Facebook vs Twitter vs Tumblr – Who is ready to compete?

Google is a powerhouse that houses a lot of great services.  Many are scatter all over the place, but with Google+, they are bringing everything into one.  Though it’s still in its early stage, Google is out to glory.  Though many would say Google+ replicates Twitter + Tumblr to compete in the social networking world against jagernaut Facebook, I think they are right for doing so.  I think it took them a bit too long to figure out and execute this new direction, but so far they seem to be ready to rock and roll and improve.

Apple seems to be a bit back on the race in my eyes, though they have gain some much exposure and loyal members to #teamiPhone and #teamMac and the (iPod and iPad in which I think are hands down the best in its class as entertainment devices and tablets)…Apple might want if not already plotting to jump in the race while they still have placement and fame over Microsoft in which to me isn’t going anywhere past the greatness of it’s most premier ownership which is the online gaming with the XBOX 360.

I feel Google and Google+ will be a win down the line, if they advertise greatly to the crowd by large and work on more unique offerings for people to propel to the use of their system as they did when http://www.google.com first arrived on the scene.

I feel if apple were to buy Twitter and Tumblr, but not become control freaks as they are with almost all of their products in which works tredmenously for them over the last years, I feel they would have a lot of sticking power to be ahead of the flock against Google, Facebook and Microsoft.

Let’s see what may happen over next couple months by the time of November and apple rolls out iCloud and OS 5 to the world.
