What can I say, I just love quickies…its quite refreshing to just wake up in the morning and perform a quickie to fuel my day. It’s so awesome. Do you like quickies? I mean there are those days that I just can’t go for long periods of time and it seems like too much effort to be satisfied and then, BAM you perform a quickie and the world is better again. There be those days that a quickie can’t cut it. It’s those days you just want to go in deep and put in the work and make sure its up to a certain standard or even better break a record, and now it’s the one to beat. Anyways, I wonder what you guys think about quickie blog posts. They are so easy and quick and feels so good that you publish something short and sweet on your blog on certain days, whether you are on wordpress, facebook, tumblr, or even blogspot. I love quick blog posts, in which I call quickies. I know some people had the naughty mind saying to themselves, he is talking about sex, well in reference to that, I guess those can be just as great too. Sometimes you don’t have a whole lot of time, and you just want to get it in and get on with your day. Quickies are the best…I just love me some QUICKIES!
After getting some really poor results in the gym for the last couple of days, I have stepped it up and went wild back to my old style of “blocking out everyone and do my thing”. This technique worked out lovely today. I didn’t see it coming because earlier in the morning i wasn’t feeling too well and had a massive headache. But after reaching home and having a #nice conversation with my brother and his progress after his first semester in college, (in which I am very proud of this young man) and grabbing an advil, I was ready to get a move on the day. Got to gym at 7:56 am, and proceeded to go ALL THE WAY IN. I was so energized and happy, its showed all over the gym, as I had fans watching do my thing. I went in on some push ups, sit ups, crunches, yoga, calisthenics, and weight lifting while jamming to my music playlist that I designed to get my super hype out of any bad moods, which includes: J. Cole, Fabolous, Kanye West, Jay-Z, Drake, Red Cafe, Pryme City, and my cool artist Kennie Dubb. Let’s just say today in the gym was a good day. I enjoyed myself and let loose. I love a good workout.
