THIS LIFE OF MINE

In my life, I am always competing.  It’s like a crazy cycle I go through.  I need a challenge, I want growth, I want achievements.  I might not need to beat others, I am always in a battle to beat a former part of me.  I want to jump higher, run faster, be smarter, make better judgment calls, and so much more.  It’s the main reason I get up each day and try my very best.  Am I crazy?

In the end, I am happy about doing it over and over…I do get exhausted though. 🙂

A GREAT DAY TO BE A MONSTER

So today I was training a client (#bestfriend), and of course, working out with me is a pain.  My workouts works, but they will give you that good pain and burn.  And of course, she wasn’t having it.  So I was her monster for a day, and many other days until she starts to see results. 🙂
