HELLO AUGUST!

Life as a writer is coming back to me. I am finally going to be dropping amazing articles and videos. I am trying to work out a style first though too. So ummm, wow, my intro to this post is terrible. I want it to be natural thought as I free write this gem of a post.

Welcome to a new month, August, it has arrived. I am going to lead this month with my (2) challenges, which are going Vegan for 30-60 Days and also releasing a post every day without missing one.

It’s don’t seem hard, but when you run 3 blogs, 2 youtube channels, and consult for others, it’s a lot to do, as well as going to the gym 5 days a week. OMG am I about to ruin my life?

MY BEST FRIEND AND LOVER IS CALLED… – JULY 23RD

So deep,

So passionate,

So meek,

It’s all real,

The way I feel,

For you,

My lover,

My best friend,

My pillow,

Amen.

So after not sleeping the night before and going to work and feeling like a complete zombie. I felt a weird vibe as I just started my 60 day Vegan Challenge and 60 Day 300 Abs Sit-Up Challenge, pre warm up, how my body felt. I had no energy, no direction, hungry for I don’t know what to eat as I left my fruits in the fridge to run out to work at 4:30am in the morning.

I got home after work at 3pm, took a nap, standing up… then made it somehow home, and right into my bed, in which the rest is history, my lover and best friend my pillow took care of me, straight to sleep I went. It was like heaven, Amen.
