Manchester United comes out on top verus Blackpool on tuesday, january 25, 2011, to get the 3 points to move up on the table.

Man Utd was down 2-0 in the first half and managed to overcome with 3 goals in the 2nd half with goals from D. Berbatov (72min), J. Hernandez (74min), and D. Berbatov (88min) to win the game.  What a game it must have been for Man. Utd.  I am guessing Blackpool couldn’t not hold down the Red Devils.  Man. Utd. offense with Berbatov is a major gain during this season.

As of today the standings are:

Man Utd. – 51 pts
Arsenal – 46 pts
Manchester City – 45 pts
Chelsea – 41 pts
Tottenham Hotspur – 38 pts

Man Utd. is clearing leading the pack, going into February, with only couple months still left to go, will they hold steady with the forces of Arsenal and Man. City behind their backs.

Who are you hoping to win league season 2010-2011?  Let me know in the comment.

Chelsea FC defeats Bolton Wanderers 4-0 [EPL Results]

Chelsea trys to regain its fans loyality and address their form as of late with a win against Bolton.  Chelsea has been in a ditch as of late and needs to regain its form to compete to be back at its best on top of the league.  With the greatest of Man. Utd being almost 10 points ahead and it being the end of January, its going to be a tough clim for Chelsea.  Being a loyal Chelsea fan myself, I am hoping for the top form for my squad, because over the last 5 or so years, this worse state I have seen my team at.  Chelsea needs to be back on its focus and its leadership and show its can battle fro the top.  With players such as Ramires and Malouda stepping up also with the likes of Drogba and Anelka, Chelsea needs to stop letting goals in and launching the ball in the back of the net.  With this result on Monday January 24, 2011, Chelsea is still in 4th place in the league, behind the likes of Manchester United, Arsenal and Manchester City.  Let’s get back in the game Chelsea.

As I watch a quality soccer game at home #epl Manchester United vs Sunderland, to much delight as I look through my window it is snowing in New York. Today is December 26, 2010, official Boxing Day is some parts of the world, but just the day after christmas in New York City. There are still days to go before the ball drops and a new year is among us. Luckily before it snowed today I managed to have quite a fun time playing soccer outside in the morning from 7:30 am to 8:45 am, (you can check out the video of me outside right here) it was quite cold outside but it wasn’t anything I haven’t felt before. I haven’t played soccer in over 5 months I believe I didn’t have any soccer ball to play with, in which guess what my christmas present to myself this year?, you guessed it couple soccer balls from a nice christmas deal from modells.com (buy 2 get one free). Anyways, everyone have a great day, where ever in the world you are, and to my new york city friends, its snowing and tons more to come along the winter season.
