In this “minisode” – I admit to couple things I am trying to quit and why people find it hard to quit. We all trying to break a habit or quit something that is not good for us, but it just so happen that we LOVE to do it. So how do you QUIT what you LOVE? It’s quite hard. That’s why we have support groups and rehab to help us conquer our desires to keep doing the things we are trying to quit.
