New York City it is Snowing on Boxing Day

As I watch a quality soccer game at home #epl Manchester United vs Sunderland, to much delight as I look through my window it is snowing in New York. Today is December 26, 2010, official Boxing Day is some parts of the world, but just the day after christmas in New York City. There are still days to go before the ball drops and a new year is among us. Luckily before it snowed today I managed to have quite a fun time playing soccer outside in the morning from 7:30 am to 8:45 am, (you can check out the video of me outside right here) it was quite cold outside but it wasn’t anything I haven’t felt before. I haven’t played soccer in over 5 months I believe I didn’t have any soccer ball to play with, in which guess what my christmas present to myself this year?, you guessed it couple soccer balls from a nice christmas deal from modells.com (buy 2 get one free). Anyways, everyone have a great day, where ever in the world you are, and to my new york city friends, its snowing and tons more to come along the winter season.

You Know The Rules: Business Before Pleasure

A lot of people forget to follow the key rules in life, today one of the rules is “Business Before Pleasure“.  How this rule applies to this post goes as follows.  As much I would love to blog my heart out, go to Manhattan and sight see and tour about the place (I live in New York City), watch hours and hours of movies and tv shows on Netflix on my Nintendo Wii or even play such fun and exciting video games like Uncharted 2, Need For Speed Hot Pursuit, Fifa 2011, Wwe Smackdown vs Raw 2011, and Call of Duty Black Ops, I got bills to pay today.  Two of my bills are due today and the more time I leave in paying it leaves me at risk of paying late and getting hit with a late payment charge which is a no no in my book, and should be in everyone else’s book.  So me knowing the rules especially Business Before Pleasure, I shall head over to my bill website and make my prompt payment to their company, so we all can be happy.  They getting paid makes them happy, and I know they got paid I am happy, as well as them not obtaining extra funds from me for something careless as a late payment. Thanks to me being responsible and the same people who I am paying are the same ones that allow me to receive such fun games in which I will play after all businesses are cleared up.  Now that is awesome.

Remember everyone, Pay your bills on time.

Hey Folks,

Good day to all, here is another blog to world, hope you enjoy.

Today begins the day that I am searching for up and coming models in New York City to manage and help them into the industry and also help become a better model providing with very great skills and professionalism.  Even though I have known I have great organizational, research, and management skills, I figured I would dabble in other industries first before making the leap in my destined career.  So with that said, of course there was no money in those industry, but I felt I have learned so much and how all my skills could have been applied in those industry such as food, professional services, entertainment, education, even mentoring and non profit.  But with my elite skill set, I find it easy to transition into my target career.  There are a lot of unprofessional and misguided models being taken advantage off and lack the dedication and development in the industry of photography, media and commercial that have decided to help motivate and prepare for the harsh road ahead in which most quit or get into foul play situations which mostly hurt there pride, focus, esteem to even continue aiming for the top.  This is just  brief talk I am having with you the readers, just to let you know my direction and what I am looking to do.
