STOP BEING SO DIVIDED

Focus is a hard thing to do, so why can’t we stop slipping down this slippery slope?  Our ideas, religion, race, and sex divides us so much.  But above all things, let’s keep it simple we try to do so much to be successful but never get to finish most of our ideas and see them through.  Are we scared of being successful in just area at a time?

I think we do, we don’t want to be trapped in putting everything in one bucket.  But I think that’s the point, is to do that, give your all and create a success and if after trying, we should venture into other things.

What are your thoughts?

WORSE FEELING OF NO SELF CONTROL

Today was not normal.  I could not stop eating.  It was a random day in my life.  As I set forth on my new diet and bringing real food to work, I found myself at 3 fast food restaurant.  At the moment of each interaction, it felt right, but wrong, but I needed to eat something.

I ate at Dunkin Donuts, geez, light.   Large Hot Chocolate & 2 egg and cheese wraps.  Okay, hello to breakfast.

Lunch sees me entering McDonalds… OMG
Sausage Burrito, McChicken, Large Sprite, and 2 Apple Pie.
It was at this moment I knew I was cursed for the day.

Dinner I am wondering into Wendy’s for a 4 for $4.
Chicken Sandwich, Frosty, Nuggets and Fries.

My lord, worse feeling of stuffed stomach today.  I should have punched myself in the gut for bad choices.

Tomorrow is another day to fight.

It was to be Sunday Funday, but I had to work today.  But as the day started weird, it was smooth and such a delight.  I am just happy for the good things.
