Calisthenics, Yoga, Steamroom, and Sauna equals Weight Loss, actually 6lbs in 3 days for me.

The weekend of Saturday January 29th – Monday January 31st, 2011 resulted in a 6lbs weight loss for me as I went in on some Calisthenics on saturday, Gym, stream room and sauna on sunday, and Yoga & Calisthenics on monday morning. I feel good to have reached those results going into February 2011 with my fitness and health goals.

Oh yea, minor note, it was my first time going to this new Bally Total Fitness in Yonkers, New York which had a Hot Tub, Jacuzzi, Pool (up to 6ft deep), A steam room, and a Sauna. Wow, how I was impressed, they shall be seeing me again and again.

My next move is to adjust my diet. I am moving into some extreme waters switching to a strict oatmeal, popcorn, sunflower seeds, wheat bread, peanuts, fruit, vegetables, salad, yogurt, water, chicken breast, fish, beef, portioned food intake each week. I also will be using Stacker 2 to shave my appetite and Multi vitamins to catch any missed daily required vitamins. This new diet will make sure I receive the right amounts of proteins, fibers, and other such natural food, with very minimum cost.

I will also will be killing things up a notch to do a 3 mile run every other day until I can do it everyday of the week or at least 5 days a weeks then unto a 5 mile run.

I am not a treadmill runner, my soccer ball is my best friend. Where is rolls or I kick it I chase it.

Another Secret About Me: Sexy Legs, Sexy Lips

After revealing a secret about me, I figure it was rather cool to let loose and share my thoughts and deepest secrets to the world.  For another secret about me, I am here to reveal that, “I have a sucker for a pair of sexy legs and sexy lips on a woman”.  Yes I said it, I am a real sucker for legs and lips.  That stuff drives me so crazy.  I think what attracts me more about a woman when I first lay eyes on her, is how well see can walk and showcase her posture with her legs, and how sexy her lips are.  They lips are highly important for me, for if she was to be my wife or girlfriend or so, nothing in this world beats a kiss for the one you love.  After the years have passed, 50, 60, 70 years old, a kiss can grant the ultimate satisfaction to keep a relationship quite intimate, though as men we still try to go a bit further (coughs: Viagra), but either way when I see some sexy legs and lips or met that person those physical feature, I am going to have to say they are much favored.  Wow, it feels so good to let out some secrets.  So all you women out there, don’t mind me if I may take a glance at you or even stare, it just means you got you some very sexy pair of legs and lips, anyone one of you interested in a kiss? (ok, no takers??? either way keep doing your thing :).

PS: Ummm my favorite sexy celebs please show yourselves: Beyonce, Kim Kardashian, Mya, Eva Mendes, Alicia Keys, and of course the one and only Angelina Jolie, I LOVE YOU LADIES…

A Secret About Me

I never tell anyone secrets about me, I mean there are things people think are secrets but to me was just a regular detail to me.  But the secret I wanted to reveal to everyone is this, “I can’t sell a you just one single service or product”.  I know, you are probably saying, ok whatever, but that’s my secret.  I mean I do

some many different things, photography, music videos, graphic design, websites, and much more, but I can’t really sell a client it just by itself in a single medium.  I am more of a package guy.  I do believe in selling a lie to tell my clients or associates they will get the best one product, because I don’t think that exist.  I believe in execution of a series things bring forth better potential.

Because you have an awesome photo don’t make it the best picture ever, because there is always going to be one better.  Or even I always have people say they want the greatest looking website because it means better sells or so on for them, when a website’s goal is to be effective on multiple levels.  So I guess what I am saying is “I don’t do well with single selling” and “I rather not sell a lie, for I am not up for that”.
