The Day Before Sunday, Saturday

I don’t have much to say, but to say this, that today was epic.  I live life for experiences and my storytelling.  I try to avoid crazy things unless I created it myself.  But when things happen while I am around, I accept it and I work on remembering all details to share with others.  Well to note today’s mayhem, I will just blog about it and jot down facts.  I hope everyone enjoy their weekend, and every weekend to come.

My best friend broke me bike (death to my bike)
We played basketball after, and he won both 2 games we played
I was on Elm St.
I was on opposite end of a stalk out
I try my to avoid police
My favorite soccer club, Chelsea won the UEFA Champions Final by Penalties.
I had some (crack of a food) with my brother and a beer
I saw a girl with a Chelsea jersey on when going to the crack
We high-five, me and the random girl, our team WON
I went to sleep feeling great watch State Property on Netflix

What a Saturday…

I am going back to SKATING…I got wheels I might as well ROLL on EM

After couple years of stop skating based on my lame ownership of roller blades, I have decided to give them another go.  My number one set of wheels (my freestyle bike) has been parked and I need to go in on more cardio and have fun.  I figure if I got wheels I might as well roll out on them right.

I always wanted to skate in Central Park so I am going to start warming my wheels back up and take them to Central Park, New York City for a spin.  Time to bring some excitement to my life.  July is coming and my birthday is around the corner, I want to make this year nice, simple and exciting.

*ps: I might even try to pull off a trick or something…lol…I always with my camera anyways.  if I capture anything cool, I will definitely share it with you.

Can you skate?  Want me to teach you?

SPRING TIME:::Tennis, Basketball and Soccer – [Get in Shape, Have Fun]

I am ready to get back in my annual hang outs and work outs in New York I do every year doing spring and summer time. I enjoy working out and having a good time and having great conversation, so I always have an open invitation to almost anyone who is laid back cool and not for no slackness to come out and have a good time.

I play sports 3 days a week, usually Wed/Thurs Morning or Afternoon, and Early Morning Saturday and Sunday between the times of 6 am – 12 pm.  The early bird gets the worm, or as I like to say, a good workout and FUN.

Soccer / Tennis / Basketball
Wed/Thurs or Sat or Sun
between: 6 am and 11 am
note*: I also workout outside with weights, resistance bands and more while playing sports.

GYM/Outdoor Workout
Almost everyday of the week after or before my sports workout
Mon – Sun (depending on the days)
between: 6 am and 11 am. sometimes I do afternoon sessions
note*: Some days I work out at the GYM (Bally Total Fitness or Outdoors doing Calisthenics, Yoga, Pilates and more)

So if you are interested in having fun and investing in good healthy workouts and lifestyle, you may hit me up to see if you can make it have fun.

If you would like to play Tennis, Basketball, Soccer, or just Workout on the courts, or at a park or at the gym, Feel FREE to hit me up and see what we can do.
I usually play in Co-Op City or a Pelham Bay Park, New York…very easy places to get to.  As long as you have access to the BX26 bus, BX28 bus, BX30 bus,  12 Bus, 2 train, 4 train, 5 train or 6 train you should be able to get to the locations.
