Youtube is my TV

Online and offline conversations

Its been a while now since I really watch tv. Everything I want to see is mostly online. Most shows on tv now a day are re-runs, and can be viewed online already, so what’s the sense of watching tv anyways. Watching YouTube has replace watching tv. There is so many content online that is so cool. Whatever you are in the mood for its there. Mostly I watch YouTube for comedy, sketch, and music videos. If I am interested in a series for say drama or just daily life, its right there.

Also what’s good is that you can have the opportunity to talk to the people you are watching via, comments, email, twitter or if they have ustream or blogtv sessions you get to interact. I love to have that interaction.

I even have my own show on there and enjoy writing for others who want to design a show for online viewing of their lives or the content they want to produce. It’s all good fun. I don’t think I would really go back to mostly TV. Also while having a YouTube account, if you iPod, tablet or smart phone, you have access to YouTube when ever you want or watch shows from tv on Netflix or Hulu. So at the end of the day, it’s a win situation all around.

Do you watch YouTube? Do you find YouTube entertaining?

Now Watching “The Game” on Netflix

I just finished watching Californication on which couple people recommended to me and it was so awesome. I loved it. But then I am back to square one, I need a new series to watch. Everyone I know seems to like “The Game” and makes references to it so I figured why not, let’s give it a chance. I love comedy shows and after 5 episodes in, it’s quite a fun show so far, it has a couple of actresses I like from other tv shows and series and movies, so I feel right at home watching them do their thing.

I had an idea to start my own little Netflix movie club but I am not sure if anyone would join. I think it would be fun. We would have weekly movies and series to watch and review them weekly and give them ratings. And each person in the club could recommend a movie and we all go and watch and give our opinions. Wouldn’t that be fun? Well at least for the movie lovers out there that put there $8+ Netflix subscription to use like I do.

Did you ever watch “The Game”? What do you think of the show?
