Lazy Bastard

I have been in a drag of a mood, very tired. I know why but I hope to jump out as soon as tomorrow. My activities have been really crazy in details and takes times.

But I am a warrior and monster when it comes to things. But since I am getting older, couple factors have changed. But I think I just need to develop a new routine and keep it managed. That’s what’s been really affecting me.

As I took a health evaluation today, my main goals have been these:

– Better Diet
– Lose Weight
– Reduce Injury and Fatigue

So since I been a lazy bastard I got to cut down on my fun and step back up with precise motions and activities.

Also I got to fudging list my goals via blog, and my Master Ninja Challenges and get back in the game. See you soon.

flat stomach and sexy abs on a girl [#sexy]

I don’t know if I can speak for most men, but I am going to speak for myself, I love a flat stomach and sexy abs on a girl.  I am not hating on girls that don’t have any, but to be real though, you have been wanting and dreaming of guys like Jason Statham, David Beckham, Brad Pitt and other sexy guys having great abs, and being able to rub your hands all over the guy‘s chest and etc.  Well I don’t think it’s fair for girls to want that and we or just me as a man (verdict is still out on if most men are with me) should be able to want the same in return.  The key word in today’s post is maintenance.  Men have to work out, eat right, and do some painful work to our abs to get them like that, and girls just enjoy the benefits.  Then some people might be like, well women have to have babies and etc, or we weren’t all made that way, and I understand, but if you say that then guys have the right to drink beer and over eat and having big ol stomachs too then.

But that’s not the meaning of this post to bash anyone, I just like what I like, and one of my goals in life is to work on not having a stomach down the line, I want to be in shape, fit and most importantly healthy.  I feel for most people to tell if you are going to have a (Kangaroo Pouch) as I like to call it, the deciding factors take place from your teen days to your are about 30.  I feel once you pass 30 years old, those pounds, fat, and so on is very hard to come off.  Yea if you had a trainer and much intense workouts, but by yourself, I don’t think so.  You are getting old, and settling down from all the craziness in your life, so it’s not easy.

So word of advice, start hitting the gym or playing some sports, some Pilates, some yoga and eat right and you won’t have to worry about being sexy and having sexy abs and a flat stomach.  This advice applies to men too, stop being lazy and be active and live healthy.

But to be honest though, a girl with sexy abs drives me wild. 🙂 So all you girls out there working out and prepping for the spring and summer for the beach, I am with you.  Go on and set your sexy on.

Tumble Tuesday: No Gym, No Workout

Tuesday I made a tumble…I wasn’t feeling well and spent the entire day pretty much until I squeezed in this post very late, just in time for the postaday2011 I am doing.  I needed sleep and relaxation in a great amount.  It wasn’t a work day so I was fine, and the past days I was working extremely hard.  I deserved a day’s break but it killed my GYM A DAY for 30 Days challenge.  I am not going to count that day as a lost though.  If you are extremely sick and not feeling good, tell me are you really going to go to the gym?  I don’t think so.  Knowing me I would have still tried to prove a point not to anyone but myself.  The goal of GYM A DAY for 30 DAYS, is to warm up body for the spring season and be healthy and fit.  So I am doing a pretty good job.

So missing Tuesday would make it 11 days straight I went.  So I figure if I just restarted or doing a few double days that should make me even for missing one day and being sick.  What do you think?

How is your fitness currently?  Do think you need to hit the gym, well at least get on a workout schedule to better your health and fitness?  Have you are made a fitness challenge for yourself and stuck to it?
