14 DAYS OF FEARLESSNESS: PICKING UP THE PHONE

14 DAYS OF FEARLESSNESS

PICKING UP THE PHONE

Fearlessness

Trying a new series… Let this year, this time be the moment to live Fearless.  I am the type of person to duck clients who just keep calling, via they just can’t figure out things or looking for free services.  I mean it’s not the right thing to do.  I mean they try to talk and hold me on the phone for minutes into an hour talking about their problems, and I try to be a bit nice at times and let them get things off their minds.  But I have to head into my fears and not duck these calls and be bold as I am and cut things off.  Like, please stop calling and get to the point.

I try to be a nice guy a little too much at times.  But I have to own the inner me and be the commander and lead the situation at all times when it comes to my values and worth.  It’s really and super okay to just say NO.

Also to be quiet honest, I know when a call comes in from a former friend or family member and I know to just not answer.  I know it’s going to be a favor or beg for money, with no intentions of keeping their word, I don’t pick-up the phone.  But I need to get back to the position and I am going back to just to picking up the phone and say the truth.

Today I had these situations, and I overcame my willingness to back down.

I am on the right track I think.  I want to just motivate others to just go for it head on, and don’t back down or shake for your morals.

STOP BEING SO DIVIDED

STOP BEING SO DIVIDED

race-divided

Focus is a hard thing to do, so why can’t we stop slipping down this slippery slope?  Our ideas, religion, race, and sex divides us so much.  But above all things, let’s keep it simple we try to do so much to be successful but never get to finish most of our ideas and see them through.  Are we scared of being successful in just area at a time?

I think we do, we don’t want to be trapped in putting everything in one bucket.  But I think that’s the point, is to do that, give your all and create a success and if after trying, we should venture into other things.

NO ONE WANTS TO BE LEFT BEHIND

NO ONE WANTS TO BE LEFT BEHIND

left-behind

It seems like a constant rat race, or crab in a barrel type effect I see these days in our modern world.  More and more, people are so selfish in their pursuits, that they don’t seem to do well with their friends, family or peers.  A great deal of us wants to be better, do better, but it’s sometimes for the wrong reasons.  Who really wants to be left behind?

I would say I don’t, but it’s all based on what I am chasing.  I am not chasing the fame, the money, the galore, but more of the freedom of mind, space, and opportunities.  I keep challenges building for myself to put myself ahead or what the norm is doing or cares about.  So I tend to opt out quickly to silly trends and fads that society brainwash us in chasing and consuming.

So when people tend to leech on my time and skills to help them, they don’t want to help themselves, it hurts me a bit to say I must flee quickly.  I can’t help if you keep tugging at basic things when the world is still large enough to explore and take a piece for yourself.
