You don’t stress out about posting on social media,
You get enough sleep at night,
You wake up early refreshed,
Your boss recognized your hard work and efforts,
You home is organized,
You have a quite space in your home to relax,
You picking up a book and reading and finishing it,
You able to have a fun hobby each week,
Your friends call you than text you just to say hello,
Someone gives you a positive compliment,
You get to see your loved ones often and tell them you love them.
It’s all possible if you change your life a little by little, for the good.
